Sam is a remarkable youth environmentalist, plant base, and senior at Mira Costa High School. She is the founder and president of the Grades of Green Club at Mira Costa and a member of the Manhattan Beach Sustainability Youth Council. Sam's dedication to environmental causes is evident in her 8-year membership with Grades of Green and her recognition as the 2020 Student Leader of the Year. Her passion for local civic engagement is inspiring and has the potential to produce positive changes in her community.
